Mission Statement

The Connecticut Charmers Fastpitch Softball is an organization that is dedicated to developing competitive girl’s fastpitch softball teams. Players are coached in all aspects of playing competitive fastpitch softball. In addition, a strong emphasis is placed on academic excellence, good sportsmanship and positive behavior. Our players are coached to be part of the team. They are expected to encourage other players, cheer when appropriate, take pride in personal and team accomplishments and accept winning and defeat with dignity.
